About Me

AJ Miller is a full-time REALTOR® and Team Lead of APEX Real Estate Group at Danberry, serving homeowners throughout Toledo and Northwest Ohio. Licensed since 2017, AJ has built his business by giving clients straightforward advice, staying closely involved throughout the transaction and creating a clear plan for getting each property sold.

AJ represents sellers across a wide range of price points-from starter homes and investment properties to luxury homes and new construction. His experience includes traditional home sales, probate and estate properties, vacant homes, relocation, investment properties and homes requiring renovation or careful preparation before reaching the market. With a background in the construction industry and personal experience owning rentals, renovating homes and building new construction, AJ brings a practical understanding of condition, repairs, value and marketability to every listing.

As Team Lead of APEX Real Estate Group, AJ works alongside an experienced support team that helps coordinate listing preparation, professional marketing, showings, communication and the details leading up to closing. His individual and team sales include hundreds of transactions throughout Maumee, Sylvania, Perrysburg, Toledo, Whitehouse, Waterville, Holland, Monclova and surrounding Northwest Ohio communities.

AJ lives in Northwest Ohio with his wife, Alex, and their children, Zeke and Olivia. Outside of real estate, he enjoys hunting, fishing, CrossFit, golf and spending time with his family.
